The K2 five-star hotel – a new height of Luxury - will be opened in December 2011 in the heart of Courchevel. The design was inspired by the origin of the hotel’s name which evokes both the world’s second highest mountain situated in the Himalayas - “K2” (8,611 meters) and “K” to show its connection with the Kilimandjaro 5-star hotel keeping the same spirit - the hamlet-type architecture consisting of a central building and several chalets connected by galleries. The 5-star hotel enjoys a unique location - in "rue des Clarines", a few steps from the centre of Courchevel, ski-in ski-out and overlooking the valley. The K2 hotel and its 29 rooms & suites and the 5 independent chalets with a private service will stretch the length of the Cospillot slope, offering a panoramic view over the valley. The 5-star hotel includes exceptional facilities such as a 550 m² spa - the "Goji Spa", an overflow pool, two restaurants - the “Black Pyramid” and the “Kintessence”, the “8611” lounge bar, the “Winston Klub” smoking room , a high-tech fitness area, a hairdressing salon, two playrooms for kids and teenagers, a cinema, a private night club, a 150 m² ski shop…

Periods of cancellation:
19.12.11 - 13.01.12: 120 days prior to arrival
11.01.12 - 24.02.12: 90 days prior to arrival
04.02.12 - 10.02.12: 60 days prior to arrival
14.01.12 - 03.02.12: 45 days prior to arrival

Сancellation outside period of cancellation policy: 1 night charge minimum per room or per chatlet.
Сancellation within the period of cancellation policy: for all bookings of 7 nights the cancellation fee will be the equivalent to 3 night’s accommodation per room, per chalet and per week booked.
For all bookings of more or less than 7 nights: the deposit confirmed by the hotel's reservations department on time of booking (based on public rates) per night per room and per chalet will be kept.
"Last minute” cancellation: If the booking is cancelled, the dates are changed or the stay is shortened within the 28th day and the day of arrival, the entirety of stay will be kept.
No-show: 100%.
