Hauteluce
Hauteluce - is an authentic and beautifully preserved alpine village. The valley of Hauteluce is one of the most beautiful in the Alps offering the Mont-Blanc as a scenic back drop. Les Saisies
Situated at an altitude of 1650m, only 30 kilometres from Albertville, the Saisies mountain pass lies between the Beaufortain and Arly valleys, linking the Savoie and Haute Savoie regions.
Enjoy the memorable panoramic views of Mont-Blanc from in and around the resort.
This friendly family resort boasts an architecture that perfectly integrates the surrounding environment. A selection of chalets and residences are
built with local wood and stone.
Ski area
Enjoy the choice of two vast and varied ski areas. Ideal for beginners and children, experienced skiers can also enjoy more sporty slopes, across alpine pastures and through forests. The area offers breathtaking scenery and 360° panoramic views of Mont-Blanc, the Beaufortain and Aravis mountain ranges. Despite an incredibly sunny exposition, the domain boasts one of the greatest snow records in the Alps from early December until late April.
Two different ski areas are accessible from the resorts of Les Saisies, Hauteluce or Bisanne 1500.
The "Espace Diamant": 185 kilometres of pleasurable skiing between the Beaufortain and the the Arly valley. Ski from resort to resort, from Les Saisies to Hauteluce, Flumet, Crest voland, Notre dame de Bellecombe and Praz sur Arly.
Les Saisies ski area: 70 kilometres of slopes for every level of skier, from beginners to advanced.
The Nordic ski area in Les Saisies boasts a world wide reputation. In 1992, the resort hosted all the Nordic events, both cross-country and Biathlon, during the Albertville Winter Olympic Games.
The 120 kilometres of Nordic trails are amongst some of the highest in Europe.
Les Saisies ski area has 52 slopes (6 black, 14 red, 23 blue, 9 green) and 30 ski-lifts.
