Already about 300 years ago travellers stoped here, coming from Berne and Lucerne to find a place for the night, to get a warm meal and oats for the horses. The hospitality was carried on and the Zurschmiede-Family in it's 5th generation is proud to welcome you soon. The Tavern Law, which dates back to 1706, is a guarantee of quality in hospitality. 50 comfortable rooms with shower or bath and WC, all tastefully decorated - 80 beds.

"Bären pub-restaurant" - for a relaxing rendez-vous and drinks at the bar. "Pizzeria Boccalino" - in a sunny location, seats 60, with a large garden terrace. "Coffee-Stübli" - for snacks and coffee during the day, across the way from the hotel. Also available during the evening for private functions and parties. The main room - spacious and genuinely «Oberland» in style, with lots of atmosphere. Where our hotel guests can enjoy their breakfast buffet and dinner. Perfect for an evening's entertainment, events and banquets for up to 130 people. Garden-terrasse - partially covered, with plenty of ambience.
